The activity feed in HQ alerts you to upcoming work for your clients. To open Xero at the activity feed each time you log in: Click on your initials or profile image, then click Account. Under Settings, select Xero HQ Activity. Select your preferred timezone, if you haven’t already. Xero uses this timezone for your ‘last viewed’ times in My Xero.
The activity feed alerts you of the upcoming work for your clients, when the work is due, and what you need to do next. Use the alerts to directly access the work that needs attention. The activity feed only shows alerts for clients of your practice and not invited organisations. You can sort, search and manage alerts.

Don’t want to know about any GST or VAT deadlines?, Hi all, I’d like to assure you that we are most definitely intending on getting Simpler BAS alerts into the HQ Activity Feed as quickly as possible. The team that built the Simpler BAS reporting functions in Xero are working to integrate with the ATO to provide more seamless flow between the 2 systems ( Xero & ATO) and once this is done we are expecting to get Simpler BAS alerts.
